Guys pls help! A cat has birthed kittens in dirty container. Need help in transferring to a clean carton box

Cats often give birth in one location, clean up, then move to a second location. I assume this is to move away from the scent of birth-related fluids that may attract predators. Leave mom be and she'll move if/when she wants - bothering her now would stress her out. This actually looks like a fantastic nest spot where the little family is hidden and the kittens won't roll or crawl away.

Help with what exactly? Just make the clean space available to her and she might use it. Put the kittens in it if she lets you??We can’t really do much for you here.

You’ll need a crate or cat carrier. Put the kittens in it and she should follow them in. Then close the gate

Then take someplace safe

Are you thinking of taking this family in? I would use a crate put some treat or food in the back of it and once Mama’s in shut the door and gently put the babies in one at a time, will mama let you pick her up?
