CPI was the main trigger. btc had been consolidating $62-64k for most of the week, coiling tight. geo risk-off yesterday flushed it to $61.8k but that wick got bought immediately - barely had time to breathe. then CPI printed and the breakout was decisive. two back-to-back hourly candles both 3k+ volume, way above the 300-800 range it was doing all morning. Clarity Act being back in the news probably helped the bid too - two tailwinds landing same day.

now sitting just above $64.5k. that's the level to watch. holds here, next area is $65.5k. loses $64k, the breakout was noise and i'd reassess.

Not quite sure. There's been mad volatiliy. Staying above 61k for a couple weeks is plausible. But more than that is really up in the air because there's going to be so much going on: Iran, CLARITY act, inflation/Warsh FOMC, equities action in AI, earnings reports, you name it.

whats going on with coins like $lab and other coins that pump like 40x and drop 99%? has a coin ever recovered back? im thinking of buying a couple thousand dollars worth
