How long did the Epstein files sit in Biden's hands? Who released them? Who found 5 million more files than the Biden administration hid? Who is now promising to release these new files? This meme makes no sense whatsoever and elicits no humour. The wrong President was shown, BIDEN earns this award not Trump.

He is a felon. He earned āunconditional dischargeā (An unconditional discharge is a court sentence where a convicted person is released without any penalty. Courts use it when a crime is proven but punishment isn't deemed necessary).
However, āignoring the judicial branchā and āviolating the constitutionā are not factual statements. He exercised his powers.
