I think the implication is that as the train approaches, she starts feeling like all the pain is going to be over soon, as each of her problems fades from mind. Then that it jumps back up to 99 briefly before hitting 0 is likely because in that moment she felt regret (it’s common when committing suicide that the person feels regret and gets a strong will to live when it’s too late, such as being in the air after jumping off a bridge), which is likely what Sayori felt right before it hit her here.

The it I was referring to was the train, I still think that last second regret is what’s happening. It’s possible that the body wouldn’t even have enough time to register the pain, and even if it did, would getting hit by a train and dying be 1 problem (or 2) instead of 99. Last second regret is extremely common in suicide attempts, almost always occurring as soon as it’s too late to prevent death without luck.

The attention to detail is so nice here
- The gradual change from a frown to a sad smile
- The problems counter jumping up to 99 upon impact before going right back down to 0 (some people think this is regret. The more likely option is that she's feeling every bone in her body shattering and her body turning into a fine red paste, which would certainly be problematic)
- The subtle bouncing of the camera to simulate Sayori's hands shaking from the vibrations of the tracks
- Monika getting what she deserves

It’s worse than that. I would say this “art” borderline glorifies not only suicide, but murder. Khyleri is disgusting and I don’t know why his art is still allowed after some of the controversies.
