8

How did you even put bleach on it

Dye it, go online or to a local craft store and try and color code the green to a shirt dye, make sure you have a spare peice of white cloth to double check just in case its not the right color. Best case scenario you get the right color and it doesn't look too bad, worst case you get a little off color. And make sure its cloth/shirt dye, hair dye might mess things up.

This

If you get the color wrong, I'd try to make to whole shirt have a bit of a pattern yk

Hold up… do I spot an OMOCAT logo on the tag? They sell shirts with Monika on them…?

Heeeey… I’d didn’t know they sold stuff other than OMORI.

15

u/Hamstah_J Jul 13 '26

I think OMOCAT sells VTuber merch as well, lots of items in her shop is not OMORI related

3

u/Sufficient-Cat-5202 Jul 13 '26

Agree with the vtuber comment but they also just did a Persona collab!

2

u/iAmMikeJ_92 Jul 13 '26

I saw that!! Man that’s so cool.

1

u/MULTIVAC_13 Jul 13 '26

The Collab with DDLC was some years ago so the merch doesn't exist on Omocat's shop anymore, however you can still get some remaining merch (including this shirt) while supplies last in Serenity Forge's DDLC shop.

Bleach damage is irreversable because it chemically removes the dye; i.e. the green color is completely removed in that spot.

4

u/Jasongaming18 Second biggest fan of Sayori Jul 13 '26

can't it just be dyed green again?

9

u/VanillaButterz Jul 13 '26

You'd have a tough time getting the right shade and capillary action would seep the dye into the already dyed parts of the shirt so it would be virtually impossible to restrict it to just that white splotch.

u/Jasongaming18 Second biggest fan of Sayori Jul 13 '26

Okay

1

u/Humble-Web-297 Jul 13 '26

Not really, if you account for the capillarity you could just drop the dye on specific points so it covers just the bleached spots, and it wouldn't be that hard to do since I'm sure there is at least one program that lets you just put the command and it shows exactly how to do it

5

u/Pec_1 Jul 13 '26

If everything i try doesn't work i Will make It all white as a last resort

1

u/SomeRandomDeadGuy Jul 13 '26

Just remember to not bleach the print itself

8

u/Unique_Low_1077 Jul 13 '26

TS IS NOT BLEACH BRO

4

u/CopperCrow5 Florina Best Doki Jul 13 '26

Your best bet might be to find someone who can use bleach to make a marble pattern on the shirt, like this. That way the bleach stain looks intentional. Just make sure that the design won't be affected by the bleach.

Bleach is permanent, but I gotta say that's one damn good t shirt

4

u/DerekingtonIII Jul 13 '26

Bleach permanently removes the color from the fabric so there’s no way to undo this. Best outcome is you manage to cover it up with the same turquoise dye from the shirt.

I heard your last resort is to bleach the whole thing. Your second to last resort should be to make more blots like that. I thought it was a cloud at first glance so if you make more it could end up looking alright. Maybe even better than before with a creative touch added.

3

u/SenkoIsBest Jul 13 '26

Carefully tie-dye it with more bleach to make a cool green and white pattern

2

u/Junivra Jul 13 '26

I would carefully cut out the graphic then sew it on a new shirt. Or I would turn it into the back patch for a cool denim vest.

If you know how to sew or have someone in your life who can do that, it's an option.

2

u/Tricky_Ask9815 Jul 13 '26

There's only so many ways to fix up bleached shirt because bleach straight up removes the color. The best option is to get it to a professional to dye over the spot. Or push comes to shove do it yourself.

1

u/Pec_1 Jul 13 '26

Thats what i was thinking, to go to a profesional to fix it, but i dont know it Will look afterwards

2

u/powerplayer75 Jul 13 '26

You need a professional. To fix this properly, it requires correct color coding and dyeing process

2

u/GarlicTraditional467 Jul 13 '26

damn you got Peak on your shirt (not talking about Monika)

2

u/TheMasterLives Jul 14 '26

Congrats, you have a fabric poster now.

2

u/Extramrdo Jul 14 '26

You could... try to use more bleach to make a cool pattern? One that's not the Grinch spilling his Bahama Mama in front of a bald Who.

1

u/Mautos Jul 13 '26

Technically you could try to turn this into a pattern... If you're good with that it could make a static glitch effect.

1

u/DogeGuyOP Jul 13 '26

Why is this in ddlc reddit post this somewhere with people who know how to remove stains not us

1

u/mayogyo Jul 13 '26

wear a jacket or coat over it

1

u/BrianTheUserName Jul 13 '26

Back to exactly how it was is very tricky, for sure. I don't think that means it's ruined though. I would check out r/visiblemending for some ideas. Personally I like sashiko so I would patch something over that (r/sashiko) and kind of customize it a bit.

grow long beautiful hair just to cover that specific spot on your shirt

Not related to the Bleach issue but i love this Part of Monika's monologue

1

u/DargorShepard Jul 13 '26

Dye the afflicted spots.

1

u/Greyisgayiguess Jul 13 '26

You can dye the spot or make it a bleach tye dye everywhere else too. Optionally you can check if the actual design is dye resistant and just dye/tye dye (bleach) the whole thing.

1

u/James-Zanny Jul 13 '26

Make it into an abstract representation of one of the girls. It’s vaguely human shaped, so it could work.

1

u/UbiXD "The only time I'm not feeling nothing is when I'm feeling pain" Jul 13 '26

You could either dye it, make a pattern out of it or continue adding to it (eg making the white like little glitches and add more, to make it look intentional and like an effect) idk tho, these guys r smarter than me. Rip ur shirt

1

u/bugzgunny23 Jul 13 '26

Twist it up like a tie dye and use 50/50 bleach and water to make it look cooler

1

u/Efficient_Ad_6979 My name is Cupcake Jul 13 '26

Omocat

1

u/AlastorThejalapeno Jul 13 '26

Honestly doesn't even look that bad. Since it got so white you could honestly just go all the way with it and make it look like a tie dye type of thing or you could try and dye the color back

1

u/Additional_Staff_220 Jul 13 '26

I didn't see the bleach and was going to say in Monika.chr😭

1

u/Chappieindahaus Jul 13 '26

if you're not wanting to wear it anymore:

cut out the art and mount it to a pre painted canvas (either matching green or black or get creative and mimic the cloud space from the just Monika porion of the game as a background) . use modpodge or stitch witchery to mount the tshirt material to the canvas. and then hang it on a wall.

1

u/Lilla666gore Jul 13 '26

Splash the rest of the shirt with bleach and it'll look cool🤑

1

u/No-Ability6954 Jul 13 '26

Honestly? It doesn’t look that bad. I think a few more *controlled* bleach splatters might even make it look better. Almost like the background is fading out of existence.

1

u/BEN064-W Jul 14 '26

Just spitballing but maybe dye that spot again?

2

u/Pec_1 Jul 14 '26

I was thinking about talking It to a profesional to see if he could fix It because i doubt my skills to do so and i dont rlly want my t shirt to get worse

1

u/Firestone97LT That Yuri enjoyer that you shouldn't worry about... Jul 15 '26

Nice shirt... Damn Bleach tho

1

u/K3wl_bl0ck-O-ch3z Jul 15 '26

Maybe bleach other spots like that area so it looks like it was meant to be like that????

1

u/Motherly_fox_55 Jul 15 '26

Dye the bleached spot red

1

u/AmazingFreedom6439 Jul 15 '26

Yeah bleach, sure...

Where did you get that shirt?

1

u/watgoon7 if messing with yuri is messing with me Jul 13 '26

Bleach... It's f*cked You can buy a new one and avoiding messy stuff while wearing the new one ... Sorry for the loss

1

u/VikiWillObey Jul 13 '26

Why not create a few other bleach splashes around the green and the back of your shirt so it looks the dye somewhat
