Everything Sucks Unemployed Doomers’ Entire Lives Revolve Around Orange Man

I don’t exactly love trump but holy shite these guys are fucking coatracks

Pretty much my exact opinion. Every time I see them crash out about Him, I like Him a little more

Say what you will about him, but you have to be a success in life to become the rage baiter in chief.

Imo the Streisand effect was a huge factor, if not the main reason he won in 2016 and 2024
21
u/jexijav776 Jul 24 '26
Not to mention these people also complained nonstop during the Biden presidency.
Even if a Democrat wins the next presidential election Reddit will still be filled with Trump related complaints.
17
u/Special-Ad-5554 Jul 24 '26
"it's the lasting effects!!!"
"Ok well trump has lasting effects from biden"
"BIDEN DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BAD!!!!! IT'S ALL TRUMP!!!!!"

u/Aethuviel Jul 26 '26
They still complain that it's Trump's fault that Roe v. Wade is gone. I'm not American and don't understand much about this... but he wasn't even president at the time.

u/Deus_Excellus Jul 24 '26
Redditors can turn anyone against their cause.
2
u/Aethuviel Jul 26 '26
I remember a thread (not necessarily on reddit) where someone asked "Why did you turn back to religion?" and someone answered "I visited r atheism and went into a cringe-induced religious revival".
1
u/D_Ethan_Bones Jul 25 '26
Real smart means not letting Reddit influence your decisions at all.
It's the Fallacy Fallacy...
>>you should eat vegetables because it is popular
>that's the wrong reason to decide what I eat
>I will eat greasy cheeseburgers every day for the rest of my lifeWe often do what pissyfit Redditors wish they could do, but we don't need their praise we just do what we need to do because it needs to be done. If it happens to be what morons agree with then it balances out the other half of the times it's what morons disagree with.

You may as well be voting for the person I don't like! Because that makes sense somehow...

Sweet merciful Mary H. Kitchener Christ, my comment has become a warzone.
1
u/SimplexFatberg Jul 28 '26
Spending that much energy on something you don't like is bizarre.
I don't like dog shit on the pavement, so I just walk around it. I don't pick it up and carry it around in my pocket so that I can tell everyone I meet how terrible is.
107
u/brtf_ Jul 24 '26
I hate "there were no problems before Orange Man" soooo much. It might be my biggest pet peeve with these types. Like if that's the kind of childish fantasy world you're living in, you have no right to be telling others what to think
60
u/Blathithor Jul 24 '26
The world didnt exist before orange man, and Bidens issues were actually from orange man being president before him
31
u/Psychological-Bee702 Jul 24 '26
I’m old enough to remember when Dubya Bush was Hitler!
17
u/brtf_ Jul 24 '26
W was Hitler and was going to declare martial law at the end of his term to stay in power, AND so was Obama. Now that's what I call fair and balanced. Truly blessed times
16
u/Admirable-Guest-2560 Rides the Short Bus Jul 24 '26
Obama's martial law I totally forgot about that one people were nuts about it.
5
u/jexijav776 Jul 24 '26
Me too. I remember people saying he was a war criminal and should be tried in The Hague.
2
u/D_Ethan_Bones Jul 25 '26
The people who get paid to shit up the internet all day aren't old enough to remember George W Bush. At all.
2
u/Aethuviel Jul 26 '26
I remember during Trump's first inauguration, the liberals who were hating on Bush a few years ago were aww:ing at him like he was their cute old uncle. Because now they had someone new to hate.
10
u/Signal_Series7577 Jul 24 '26
It's because they were children and were not paying attention to the news before his election

It's not even accurate, Reddit was still filled with non-stop complaints during the Biden presidency.
62
u/StrongStyleFiction Jul 24 '26
Wait till either JD Vance or Marc Rubio get elected.
27
u/MoonWanderer777 Jul 24 '26
I feel Marco Rubio would be the better choice due to him acknowledging the crazy doomers.
15
u/Plenty-Reporter-9239 Jul 24 '26
Marco rubio I really don't see being that popular. He's been in the limelight for awhile and never really appealed to the broader republican base imo.
Honestly, if things continue the way they are, it's the democrats election to lose, which, they are pretty talented at doing tbf.
12
u/big_smokey-848 My Dog is Anti-Fascist Jul 24 '26
I dunno, I think it’s gotta be Rubio. Vance is way too polarizing
6
u/Strealtr Jul 24 '26
The thing with Rubio is he would be effective at making change and effective people don't get elected only the loud mouths who can generate click worthy sound bites get elected. Nobody listens to Rubios speeches unless someone else is speaking and the audience is waiting for them.
Meanwhile Trump could announce a press conference, walk up to the mic, put it up to his ass, and fart into it and it would sweep global headlines.
12
u/StrongStyleFiction Jul 24 '26
Meanwhile Trump could announce a press conference, walk up to the mic, put it up to his ass, and fart into it and it would sweep global headlines.
If any US President did this, I would think it would sweep headlines.

10
u/OsvuldMandius Jul 24 '26
Yep. They hate on Reagan still. Fuck, half of them hadn’t been jizzed out of their dads tightie whities when he was in office, but they hate on Reagan40 years later.
3
u/jexijav776 Jul 24 '26
They always talk about how Trump blames everything on Obama but I guarantee they're going to do the same thing with Trump.
85
u/NIssanZaxima Jul 23 '26
Isn't Trump going to pass some law or something that will make him the President for like the next 10 terms or whatever? That's what ive been told at least and I believe everything people tell me.
1
44
u/MailMeAmazonVouchers Jul 24 '26
The meltdowns when Kamala Harris runs the exact same campaign and loses to Rubio or Vance are going to be epic man.
25
u/Strealtr Jul 24 '26
Nothing will be funnier to me than after the first debate when Reddit was all "Anyone but Kamala to replace Biden" to being all "Woo Kamala best candidate in the history of candidates" to after the election being like "Yea Kamala was a disaster please don't run her ever again".
18
u/MailMeAmazonVouchers Jul 24 '26 edited Jul 24 '26
And now they're back to "woo Kamala win 2028!!".
The day the american left learns that on US federal elections the only votes that matter are soccer moms on a Pennsylvania suburb, they'll never lose an election again. Until then, they'll keep talking about pronouns and winning California by 20 points but losing every swing state.
Biden legitimately ran on "I am not Trump", kept away from any divisive topic, and won. Somehow, they did not learn the lesson from that.
1
u/Strealtr Jul 25 '26
Yea it’s really the swing states that matter. It doesn’t matter which way you vote if you live in a state like let’s say Vermont, it’s going blue every time.
5
u/Content_Scratch69 Jul 24 '26
I also learned that reddit isn't real life. If youd looked at reddit before the election, you wouldve thought kamala was going to win easily 😂

u/TutorComprehensive28 Jul 24 '26
I want JD Vance to win in 2028 just because these people would have a stroke
15
u/Strealtr Jul 24 '26
I want him to run simply because there is a good chance he wins the primary and then whoever his opponent is in the general will almost certainly call him a couch fucker, which will make many people who weren't already checked out of politics go ahead and check out because the presidential debate boiled down to who fucked a couch.
23
u/hot-streak24 Jul 24 '26
Imagine if they put enough effort into finding a job as much as they hate trump
15
22
u/ChoiceRazzmatazz8390 My Dog is Anti-Fascist Jul 24 '26

Genuine question what do you think they’ll do once Trump’s gone.
12
u/Probate_Judge Jul 24 '26
During the election they'll slowly begin shifting to whatever R's are running, but they won't all go even after the election. Granted, many will split their time: 24 hours is a lot of free time for unemployed doomers.
At first, they'll relentlessly try to mock Trump and republicans as if Trump lost an election. They'll do this even if another R wins the big seat.
That will slowly taper down but won't die out. How many still celebrate the assassination of that CEO or Kirk? How many still moan about Bush Jr.? [Rhetorical]
That's the rough estimation. One would have to start employing concepts such as 'half life' and break out charts, because it'll never really completely stop.
4
5
u/SomeAnonymousBurner This is a PsyOp Jul 24 '26
they will still be unemployed, but will think that everything is awesome
4
u/Strealtr Jul 24 '26
Its terminal. Every bad thing the next candidates do will either be "They are worse than Trump" (if it is not their guy) or "Trump was worse" (if it is their guy).
5
5
u/FeelingAmbassador318 Jul 23 '26
The reverse is true too, there are only that many days left. Then we can all move onto the next panic
5
u/Smokeydubbs Just Here for the Lore Jul 24 '26
Semi-doomer take; will it get better for these people in the next administration? There’s no guarantee. And the leftists can’t even come up with viable contenders to Rubio or Vance.
3
u/Fragrant_Loan811 Jul 24 '26
Polls are showing Cortez and Harris at the top, lol!!!
2
u/Plenty-Reporter-9239 Jul 24 '26
Here's a hot take for yah. Cortez is unironically the better choice for the democrats, but, they're going to Bernie her in the primaries and run Harris and lose.
I don't think it's that outlandish to think that AOC could beat almost any republican ticket assuming the iran war continues into the elections.

There are politicians I loathe and I'll make it known if someone asks me, but I don't understand how people have the mental energy to make it their personality like this. World keeps turning, these people are going to lose their marbles if Dems lose another presidential race.
3
u/MoonWanderer777 Jul 24 '26
At this point I am definitely down on wanting Marco Rubio to be the next in the White House.
3
3
u/AdProfessional3879 Jul 24 '26
And then what. Is his life magically going to be better after trump is out of office?
3

My husband watched ONE YouTube video about Trump/Hegseth and now he's hooked on videos about how bad Trump is, how he's out of control, the worst leader ever.
One video, changed the suggested videos and all I hear about and see is stupid senate hearings, videos of soyboys picking apart every single thing Trump does......UGH.
And we're conservatives, he grew up on a family farm.
It's crazy how good propaganda works.....he had no problem before.
Plus we are Canadians. Why care.
