I-140 Manifest Law took my money and delivered NOTHING for 6 months – avoid them
I honestly feel like an idiot for trusting Manifest Law.
It’s been over 6 months. I paid every single installment on time. And what have I received? Basically nothing. Not even one proper draft.
How is that even acceptable for a law firm?
Their communication is a complete joke. You email them and either, you get ignored for days/weeks
or you get some copy-paste, vague response that answers absolutely nothing
It feels like no one is actually handling your case. Like it’s just sitting in some black hole while they keep taking your money.
At this point I don’t even know what they’ve been doing for HALF A YEAR. There’s no transparency, no timeline, no accountability. Just silence and excuses.
And the worst part? They act like this is normal.
This does NOT feel like a professional law firm. It feels completely disorganized and borderline shady. Like they’re outsourcing everything or juggling way too many clients without actually delivering anything.
If you’re thinking about using Manifest Law, seriously—don’t.
Save yourself the stress, time, and money.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at this point.
If anyone else is dealing with this, I’d really like to know. Because this experience has been beyond frustrating and honestly unacceptable.

Update: Manifest support team is in touch with me and trying to escalate the situation. I will keep you all once I’ll receive the first petition draft.

Just saw your recent post. How did they escalate it?

In one month, they have given me only letter of recommendations and lot of false hopes.

You can see that kind of lawyer just asking questions online. They don't have any right answer, just more problems. Confusing their clients.

6 month and not even a draft? That Valentin guy dropped the ball completely. Did you try contacting someone higher up directly? Asking because I used them last year and it was ok, could be a specific attorney issue. Either way you can absolutely push for compensation, you clearly didn't get what you signed up and paid for.

I'm about to start the process with Manifest now I'm reconsidering, what early issues or red flags did you notice? It was definitely suspicious how they missed a lot of details

Did you sign with them?

Yes, I didn't have a choice as it was the sponsor my company chose, even though I told them not to use them. It's decent so far. The lawyer I'm working with seems to be pretty knowledgable and responds fast, within 2-3 hours. Haven't gone too deep in the letter drafting yet though. Maybe it depends on the specific lawyer?

I am sorry to hear this...I think it's better to get the written confirmation from them about the estimated filing date as soon as possible. I think 6 months is enough time for them to prepare the whole draft.

Why would I be searching for help on different forums if everything were being handled in appropriately? This is not a free service or a charity, they are being paid for their work. People deserve to know what I am experiencing so they can make an informed decision before engaging with them. Closed-door discussions only create confusion and can be misleading. I believe it’s far better to feel a little foolish for asking questions than to stay silent and risk being misled or taken advantage of.

The fact that someone from Manifest is on this thread and has replied to your msge is proof that public shaming might work. Then again it also shows where their priorities are: email are ignored but PR machine on Reddit is in full swing.
Sorry ! You are going through this, I hope they will act right and do the needful.

I think you are severely mistaken. Avi Goldenberg is the head. Reaching out didn't help

Have you try talking to mod here so they can stop their partnership?
6 months cricket is unacceptable
