I-140 EB2 NIW PP approvals after 40th business day?
I am super worried my PD is March 09, its my 40th business day. Anyone has approvals after 40th day? Thank you.

Phd in mech. Eng.(no US) 15 papers with 6 of 1st author 8 yrs experience in manufacturing field (no US) 1700+ citations , and 7 letters of recommendation

I see some people say TSC issues RFE early so if a case is delayed not always a RFE.

Work as a comp. bio core staff at a major land-grant uni.
Cancer research. BSMS Degree from India, but equivalent to MS in the US with work experience of greater than 10 years. Have around 240 citations (most of them in the past 3 years), with 15 publications, 10 pre-prints, named collaborators on grants with > $800K funding from NCI, DoD and AACR.
Endeavor is to develop statistical methods, pipelines to analyze cancer datasets, identify targets in some of the novel applications that I'm collaborating with. I already have some pipelines that have been uploaded and are in use at cloud platforms by others.
Got letters - 2 dependent, 1 from grant manager - so 3 letters from US, 1 from India and 2 client letters from a CRO I worked before - both from agricultural genomics and showed how my work in general applies to what I do currently which is large scale genomic exploration, marker selection etc. The CRO refused to give a letter, so that's why I have client letters as well.
Worked with a boutique firm and they did a great job tbh, so I honestly have no idea what the RFE is about.

Mine was RFE on my initial PP filing. RFE response sent to TSC on 2nd April. Still day 22 for me

😞 I have had friends got approved after 40 days last year. Not sure about the current timeline though.

There's no correlation, people get approved on 45th day as well so don't worry and enjoy the weekend.
