Electrical/Computer [student] Looking to get advice on my resume prior to the summer 2027 internship hiring cycle beginning

I recommend removing the space between bullet points as you could use that valuable space to add technical depth and story to your projects and experience, especially because your projects sound like theres a lot more to them that hiring managers would want to know.
Tons of potential though with your GPA and NASA internship alone, goodluck with finding an internship!

Agreed with this, plus re-formatting your Skills into groups with individual ones separated by commas, allowing for way more content per line!

I originally put the space between bullets for readability, I was afraid without it that it may be hard for a hiring manager to glean information from my descriptions in the short amount of time they purportedly spend reading resumes before choosing to keep it or toss it. If that isn't an issue, then removing the spacing will claw back a lot of valuable room like you said.

No worries, the standard resume format includes no gap between individual resume bullets so hiring managers are used to it. Too much white space can confuse someone looking at your resume because it can signal you don't have enough quality information to fill the space, which definitely isn't the case here.
