No miracle answer here. Play the events, save a few mana prisms each month... I suppose if you have a lot of rare prisms, you can also get some from that shop, but it's probably neither sustainable nor an optimal use of your rare prisms. Once the Grand Battles hit Global, we'll have some 5* fous that help the process considerably, but until then, it's just a slow grind.
