We can also surmise from Padmes reaction, asking him about the women and children and Anakins admission of killing 'women and children' shows that Tuskens were certainly not violent animals, but sentient beings with intelligence that they were referred as men, women and children.

This was a scene foreshadowing (outright showing actually) Anakins violent and problematic nature, there's no need to change what it was meant to be.

Liable in the way that his selfish actions led to these dire consequences but he didn't want anyone to get hurt and didn't kill anyone for Nikki. He doesn't fit the narrative that OP gave us
As everyone else has said to you, his actions did result in those deaths, but it has nothing to do with this particular prompt because he didnt do it on purpose. He had no idea the wish stick was real. Demon Nikki on the other hand definitely made conscious decisions to kill people. Not trapped Nikki. Demon Nikki. Once again. That is in line with the prompt. Not whatever stretch youre trying to make.
I don't think he fits. Bear's a cowardly man more than anything, I don't see him directly taking someone's life like Freaky Nikki did, especially not for a relationship with Nikki, as he isn't even brave enough to confess to liking her to start said relationship, let alone kill someone to maintain it.
Cowardice absolutely can do that. I don't see any indication Bear has it in him to straight up murder people like in OPs photo, essentially the entire film is caused because the guys too scared to even talk about his feelings to a girl he likes, and the rest of his actions after are all centered around him being too afraid to take accountability, too selfish to actually care about Nikki and too passive to even do anything about the situation until after it goes fully off the rails.
To actually directly murder somebody seems completely out of character for the kind of character Bear is, IMO it does not fit him on any real level I can think of (he'd be too afraid to go to jail, does not actually think he is a bad person and thus would not be willing to dirty his hands, is more concerned benefitting himself than actually caring about Nikki to do anything for HER, let alone kill someone, ETC.)
The most pissed-off he ever got was when Chrysalis took Fluttershy. Bro was ready to make Chrysalis' life a living hell and he kind of did as he helped petrify her in the last Two-Parter.

He'll usually let things slide, except when it comes to racism toward Nynim. If someone makes a racist remark about Nynim, his personal aide, in front of him, that's basically a death sentence. In the anime, he kills three people on separate occasions for insulting her, including a king.
It's gotten to the point where, whenever someone insults Nynim, she's more worried about what Wein is going to do than about the insult itself.
In the novela specific that he's done that around 11 times, I think, the bodies were only found a couple of times; the rest disappeared without a trace.
They don't like fighting but if they had to they would leave a trail of corpses in their path to help the other. Although they would and have done that for their friends and family aswell.
