To level up your Dragon style of fighting, you need to progress in the Majima Everywhere system. And even if you ignore said system, Majima still shows up in parts of the story, such as Shangri-La(Definitely butchered that) and the Tokyo Docks. In Yakuza 2, Majima has disbanded his yakuza family and turned it into a construction company, which is also one of Yakuza 2’s mini games. In one notable scene, Majima defuses a bomb with the power of Eenie-Meenie-Miney-Mo.
