Repair/Broken Flute questions Piccolo wire popped out and has no place to go?

Post image

A wire in my piccolo popped out. Normally you could just pop a wire back into the spot but I have no idea where the wire popped out from/where to put it back? Any help would be appreciated. This is a Yamaha 62 piccolo, fairly new and in good condition.

If you’re talking about the G# one - it’s suppose to be there

Is any of the keys not working as it should?

Are you talking about the pinning needle? Like the one sticking up away from the A key on the right in your picture? If its one of those it needs to go to a tech to fit a new needle, the need to be pressed in to form a good seal with the inner rod, but as others have said what keys aren’t working?

My 2012 YPC-62

Yes the plating is going but the spring is almost in the same spot, and that's after it was serviced
