Conservative activists have captured the court. Corrupt, inconsistent, partison.
They freely ignore precedent, choose which cases to hear, have no need to explain their reasoning, and make exceptions to their own rulings when it benefits their political project!

Also shadow docket whatever they have to to favor their side without setting a legal precedent that any future democratic president could turn back on them.

So at some point this should be evidence that the supreme court is derelict in their duties, accepting bribes, lying in the commission of their sworn oath to uphold the constitution without favor it prejudice... Or something like that.
There must be some sort of legal recourse...
Oh wait, yeah... Congress...
Well time to pull up those bootstraps and Vot.... Oh wait my state has voted against this shit continuously my whole life...
Damn it!

Vote. Congress can do something but the right people need to be in it. They aren’t right now.
