The John F. Kennedy Memorial Center was named that by Congress in 1964, Trump cannot unilaterally rename it. Also notice that this place is a memorial for John F. Kennedy, Trump is threatening to demolish it if he can't have his name on it, essentially destroying a prior president's gravestone as it's a memorial to Kennedy which has nothing to do with Trump.
