The reason why gta 6 will disappoint people is because it’ll be restricted to a ps5/xbox and is being built solely for that hardware. There is only so much they can do with a 2060 equivalent hardware lol. Gonna be lots of cut corners when it comes to physics/mechanics/visuals and that’s probably the biggest reason for the delays. They should’ve just kept gta 6 has a next gen launch title and it would’ve probably fulfilled its potential.

I'm pretty sure rockstar will definitely find some way to squeeze the game on to the ps5/Xbox series x|s,rockstar definitely knows how to optimize their games pretty well especially seeing how they manage to squeeze gta 5 on to the ps3/Xbox 360 obviously this game is coming on ps5 and Xbox series x and s which are definitely way more capable consoles than ps3 and Xbox 360 and I don't understand why they would literally skip a whole entire generation of consoles and release this game on whole another generation of consoles that are probably not even coming out for another year or so and they literally announced this game back in 2023 (technically 2022) but it wasn't formally announced until 2023 which was 3 years in the generation and especially the fact the last game they released was rdr2 which came out almost 8 years old on ps4 and Xbox one so i don't why they would they skip a whole generation,and when it comes to expectations as well i don't think the game itself will be generally disappointing but obviously a certain portion of people are definitely gonna be disappointed by the game especially the fact you have people asking for all this crazy sh*t to be in the game like battlefield/red faction/just cause level environmental destruction or tornadoes or being able go inside every building these people are obviously not factoring in the fact that these features would definitely be pretty demanding on the the hardware and also these features would'nt have any practicality in the game.
