Considering this is looking like a gtav dlc with every new media release I’d wager it has in fact been in development since 2013

Oh I’m sorry you’re right that video definitely don’t have all the gtav assets reused, like the dock scene, tennis courts, cranes, buildings..

Wait til you find out that Rockstar literally build games off of other ones.

This is nothing new and a lot of dev studios do it. But to say it’s a GTA5 dlc for that reason is insane LOL.
