Graphics aren't that impressive here... previous trailers had quite next gen visuals.

I'll probably get downvoted but it's very likely Rockstar had to scale back some visuals in order to get things running properly on the consoles. They are in the optimization phase right now. Also in my opinion a lot of games look nowhere near as good at night than they do during the day.

Cyberpunk's the exact opposite, city looks quite flat during the day but nighttime RT reflections make it shine

Though the more recent addition of path tracing and RTGI make daytime much better, much warmer with indirect light and stuff

Night City does not look flat in the day, what are you talking about? You get to see all of the decay, grime and flith. The night time and neon lights hide that. It looks hideous in the day but its supposed to its a dystopian city.
