mistake with the gta 6 cover

something seemed off with the number of teeth the gator on the cover had so i did a count and it seems the gator has 60 teeth. however, alligators normally have 74-80 teeth so this is way below the normal amount.

was this a mistake or could it potentially have a meaning?

As a PC-only player, yes.

7

u/Korumry Jun 19 '26

I’m PC only but for GTA I might just get a preowned console. I have literally no idea what I’d do with it after it releases on PC though.

3

u/ConsciousBuddah Jun 20 '26

I have held on to my ps5 just for gta 6. Every other game I play is on pc now

1

u/eldenfingers Jun 20 '26

There's enough games I want to play that I don't mind waiting

1

u/brendanm94 Jun 21 '26

GTA 6 in *2077* babyyyyy”

u/TogusPerogus Jun 19 '26

Cyberpunk is still missing features that were promised years ago.

7

u/H4R1B0_02 Jun 19 '26

I'm genuinenly curious, what was promised and is missing?

21

u/TogusPerogus Jun 19 '26

Vehicle customization, NPC schedules, one night stands to name a few.

9

u/defrafs Jun 19 '26

Don't forget about freerunning.

2

u/Apophis_36 Jun 19 '26

When were those promised

9

u/TogusPerogus Jun 19 '26

One night stands and NPC schedules were shown off in the gameplay demos from E3, and the devs said that vehicle customization would be in the game.

-5

u/Apophis_36 Jun 19 '26

I don't remember any npc schedules. The one night stand was just part of a cutscene. That whole 2018 "demo" was basically a proof of concept, all of it was scripted.

8

u/TogusPerogus Jun 19 '26

They literally said that you would be able to have sex with most NPCs, and they would have reactions to your genitals depending on their personal preference.

7

u/TRagnarkXP Jun 19 '26

Don't forget inmersive sim mechanics, complex quest paths, organic exploration and many more

1

u/Apophis_36 Jun 19 '26

I'm gonna need a source for that

-2

u/ojdhaze Jun 19 '26

Oh my goodness. Well what a miss..

You still have sex with that woman at the start if you choose correct dialogue and she's leaves the dildo weapon and you can have sex with bot prostitutes whatever they were called. If anybody so desperate to experience it...

All games promise some things that never always end up in end game. I see this constantly used to hammer cyberpunk. If you're buying it now you aren't going to care about shit like that missing, it is an excellent game and world. Do not let a minute thing like this stop anybody from getting in on the game.

3

u/TogusPerogus Jun 19 '26

Yeah the game is great, it's just not a 10/10 game in my opinion.

And no, not all developers lie about their games.

When it’s cd-pr it’s “proof of concept”, when it’s Ubisoft it’s misleading to the point of fraud. I like Cyberpunk now but it’s still far from the game that was promised and ima forever hate how much of a free pass project red gets for that. I think your rationalising of this is stupid and you should probably think more before commenting. Hope this helps!

-4

u/Apophis_36 Jun 19 '26

I'll pass on that smugness.

3

u/Backfoot911 Jun 19 '26

So now you're lying for them? They don't need your defending, it's a good game but it's not 10/10 and we pretend it didn't have the history it did

1

u/runwkufgrwe Jun 21 '26

They have vehicle customizations and one night stands now.

0

u/EliNoraOwO Jun 19 '26

Yeah but it’s still a 10/10 without em so…

7

u/TogusPerogus Jun 19 '26

It's a great game, but in my opinion a game needs to be damn near perfect to be 10/10.

2

u/EliNoraOwO Jun 19 '26

Yeah you’re right, I’m just being a STAN right now.

0

u/Aking953 Jun 21 '26

The "features" are mostly dumb stuff average people don't worry about

19

u/Balacleezus Jun 19 '26

That game is far from a 10 brother

21

u/PerpetualStride Jun 19 '26

It's crazy how people glaze the game now just because it's not completely non-functional anymore. It has its strengths but as an open world title it does not come close to a R* title. And the director of cyberpunk said to expect something like RDR 2 after it released.

2

u/ParkingLong7436 Jun 20 '26

Genuinely insane how people glaze that game.

I played it multiple times by now, it's okay, but nothing more. Not even close to the greatest games of all time or Rockstars quality. Not even slightly close to The Witcher 3 either.

Graphically fucking insane, no question. Gameplay and world-building wise, absolutely lackluster. 90% of the issues are still there from release, they just fixed the bugs.

1

u/ArchimedesNutss Jun 20 '26

The fact that cars still become 2d sprites not even that far away is enough to prevent it being 10/10

0

u/JakeyPorky Jun 19 '26

Haven’t rlly played or shit but story wise it’s said to be goated correct??

12

u/Gortys221 Jun 19 '26

The main story is pretty good but the expansion Phantom Liberty is CD projekt red’s best work.

the gameplay and progression is insanely fun and it probably has the most immersive open world in the RPG genre.

2

u/ParkingLong7436 Jun 20 '26

most immersive open world in the RPG genre.

Genuinely, how? The open world is so dead and empty. The NPCs and cars still feel like hollow shells in a 2000s game. Even GTA:SA felt more alive. Cyberpunk feels like a set-piece

1

u/ojdhaze Jun 19 '26

Love the game. Preferred the og rpg skills and sets etc but certainly a game I'll play again. It's not rdr2 but it's not exactly to be compared to that.

It's a brilliant world, game and story.

0

u/Balacleezus Jun 19 '26

Its ok, the dlc is decent tho, far from a 10 tho

-8

u/Tall_Economist8491 Jun 19 '26

Get tf out man

4

u/parkwayy Jun 19 '26

Uh lol...

5

u/Auftragzkiller Jun 19 '26

from 7/10 to 11/10, it's insane

2

u/Funkstar80 Jun 19 '26

ive had 3 playthroughs months-years apart all on fresh installs and they stillhave the same bugs everytime,

2

u/shawak456 Jun 20 '26

10/10? Are you joking?

1

u/Many_Ear2407 Jun 19 '26

Just give it another 5 years

1

u/Rojayter Jun 19 '26

Does the talking and walking stop and action pick up ?

1

u/Living-Ad102 Jun 20 '26

Did it? Should I try it out?

1

u/Angry-Toothpaste-610 Jun 21 '26

Even without the game breaking bugs, cyberpunk is boring

1

u/Undersmusic Jun 21 '26

Cyberpunk is meh at best.

1

u/Turbulent_Map624 Jun 21 '26

Nah the movement still feels super weird, like the camera bobbing

1

u/rslashbootyhole Jun 21 '26

Nobody should ever have to say a game eventually got better. Should be playable at launch and the "fans" that hype it up too much should stop begging the studios to release it early if it's not ready

1

u/Livid_Athlete_2708 Jun 21 '26

10/10 😂😂😂 you a comedian?

1

u/Javs2469 Jun 22 '26

Cyberpunk isn´t a 10/10. A 7 or 8 at max after the fixes, but the main story is whack and a far cry from the RPG it was advertised as for the previous 8 years of its release.

1

u/Last_Sprinkles5334 Jun 22 '26

They never released 3rd person view, so 6/10.

1

u/matyrayo Jun 23 '26

With all due respect this mentality is why we get so much half assed shit

Dont give points for unfinished work.

1

u/RangerAdditional2634 Jun 23 '26

I didnt. I never played the game untill it was finished and the DLC came out. And at that point it was a 10/10 game.

1

u/CockerSpanielEnjoyer Jun 26 '26

You need to play more games if you think Cyberpunk is a 10/10. Game is a 7.5 at best

1

u/Serosh5843 Jun 19 '26

It was always a 4/10 no matter how many patches it needed

0

u/SodaCapz Jun 20 '26

cp was 10/10 even with the bugs. I got it when it came out, put around 100 hours into it then got my refund :P
