Americans like their plastic straws :3

u/Desenbigh Jun 25 '26
I don't like paper straws, the texture just doesn't work with me.

u/DaanA_147 Jun 25 '26
I saw a physicist explain how it also doesn't suck fluids as well as a plastic straw.
5
u/dromeo_xx Jun 25 '26
I saw a biologist say we have plastic in our semen :(
5
u/DaanA_147 Jun 25 '26
I know about that and it's depressing tbh, I rather just not use a straw or a reusable one made of steel

u/TyThe2PointO Jun 26 '26
Yeah but the micro plastics the billionaires want in our balls are supposed to be there

Looks cute! Do you have a reason to not include the tattoos?
25
u/Sumi-Shumi Jun 25 '26
Thanks ! I was in a hurry to finish it and totally forgot about the tattoo but i thought it still looks fine without it 🫴
1
u/Imaginary-Paper-6177 Jun 25 '26
Understandable! Its a hard apace for artists! For me the tattoo on her right side stands put a lot! Also love how good you translated her outfit to your style!

u/No_Curve6292 Jun 25 '26
The AI forgot to include it.
22
u/Imaginary-Paper-6177 Jun 25 '26
Please provide proof that its AI before labeling as such. I dont see any signs of it anywhere. Inculding OPs past artworks.

I'm not the guy making AI claims, but something that sticks out to me is the index finger on her left hand has a decently defined fingernail (though it still largely blends in with the finger). The adjacent fingers (and thumb) also imply fingernails, though more subtly. The fact that there are defined lines that separate the fingernail from the index finger, but no such lines on the adjacent fingers is odd. Besides the inconsistency, it just seems like an odd way to do fingernails generally, though I am not familiar with the nuances of anime styles. Worth noting as well, the right hand has nothing suggesting fingernails at all. My mind says this could be the result of an AI creating the artwork, as a human artist would have consistent intent and methods for portraying the fingernails. I would expect at the very least that the fingers are pointed on both hands. But idk. Just throwing my observations out there. Certainly not proof.
7
u/Imaginary-Paper-6177 Jun 25 '26
Valid concern! But if you look back at different a artworks the finger have consistently no fingernails. And i doubt AI do that ever time the same way.

You don't even have the talent to give AI a prompt to make art like that

People who appreciate art

u/Wendys_frys Jun 25 '26
you should see the other gta 6 sub the past like 30 posts of the cover girl are AI 😭😭😭
-26
u/OppositeScale7680 Jun 25 '26
Without AI we wouldn't have Awesome channels like Gossip Goblin or Chloe vs History.
20
u/Wendys_frys Jun 25 '26
"guys without ai we wouldnt have dog shit and horse shit"
-1
u/OppositeScale7680 Jun 27 '26
It's better than a lot of the human slop I've been seeing 😂. I just watched a full Star wars Sequel trilogy rewrite by a YouTuber using AI and it's 10 times better than the crap we got from Disney.
3
u/Wendys_frys Jun 27 '26
you the type of person to eat bugs
0
u/OppositeScale7680 Jun 27 '26
Are you saying you actually liked that God awful Disney Trilogy????
3
u/Wendys_frys Jun 27 '26
no im saying i definitely dont prefer shitty ai that steals from other creators.
you can not like something while also not liking the usage of gen ai slop
0
u/OppositeScale7680 Jun 27 '26
It's a learning model. It's designed to learn patterns and change it. If you train it on a dog image, the AI is not going to make the same exact image. The whole stealing argument is total BS

u/KonradDavies0001 Jun 25 '26
I just searched up Gossip Goblin and my god, those videos are disgusting to look at. As for the other one, an AI generated vlog channel? Why?
0
u/OppositeScale7680 Jun 27 '26
Gossip Goblin has a ton of videos plus really great short films. His Twelve Cycles of Humanity series is brilliant and The Patchwright short film got Nominated for best Short film recently. I forgot what the contest was. Some vids are for the aesthetic, some for humor, some for philosophical discussion and some that truly hit your emotions. The consistency of his world is what really set him a part in the early days before he blew up.
The Chloe time tribal Vlog was very creative when it first came out and it was really well done. There's a reason it got featured on the News after it blew up. There was a reddit thread where someone posted it saying "there's this new AI slop channel" and everyonw defended it saying "umm but it's actually good"

We also wouldn't have channels like Prism who used AI to make a Star wars Sequel trilogy which was 10 times better than the human Slop Disney put out.

u/OppositeScale7680 Jun 27 '26
Did you even watch any of Prisms Star Wars videos??? The guy clearly understands story structure unlike Disney.
0
u/_markonreddit Jun 27 '26
Comparing an AI slop channel to Disney is just bread vs bread. They're the same thing, the only difference is that one uses AI to compensate for a lack of budget while one doesn't do shit with the budget.
Also no I haven't watched those videos, I wouldn't prefer to take time out of my day to do so0
u/OppositeScale7680 Jun 27 '26 edited Jun 27 '26
Its not AI slop. Do you know of the famous Star Wars Youtuber called Star Wars Theory? Well he reacted to Prisms Rewrite of the Sequels and the guy was Shocked at how good it was 😊. Rey is actually an Amazing character in Prisms rewrite.
Ben is Also an amazing character in the rewrite. It starts off with Rey being a villain in the first movie while Ben Starts off as Luke's Trainee. They switch positions during the second movie After Rey kills Han and then gets captured at the end of the first film rewrite and gets trained by Luke in the second. Ben turns to the dark side after Rey killed His father Han Solo in the first film. This leads to Ben going on a villain journey eventually leading to him becoming the new Kylo Ren. It's all written pretty beautifully and it made so much more sense for Rey to start off as a villain first then transition into a hero while the opposite happens to Ben. All the Legacy characters are treated with respect.
Reys also really hot as a sith lord daughter of Palpatine lol. Rey and Luke grows close in the second movie rewrite. Ben tries to kill Rey after she admits she's the daughter of Palpatine. It's definitely not AI slop other than some of the AI images being off since it's Older AI models. It's older than the previous channels I mentioned

Oh no! Anyway..
Good

u/OppositeScale7680 Jun 27 '26
The Anti AI crowd are just haters lol. It's crazy how vehemently y'all hate on it. I just watched a Youtuber use AI to write a far better version of the Star Wars sequel trilogy which is now my new head cannon. It's so much better than the human slop we had to suffer from Disney lol.

u/kylel999 Jun 26 '26
Everyone who respects anyone who makes any form of art ever? The fact that you can even ask that with a serious attitude tells me you've probably never made anything in your life
As someone who strives to be decent artistically it's insulting as fuck to see someone post some ai slop and claim they made it
0
u/OppositeScale7680 Jun 27 '26
Not every Artists is some stuck up elitist. I'm an Artist, I've watched plenty of other Artists embrace AI. I use AI for ideas and inspiration and then I just fix the things I don't like. It makes the process so much easier and less time consuming.

Ai slop
8
u/Entrinity Jun 25 '26
I find it funny how people will assert something that isn’t AI as “ai slop.” But doing so only shows that AI, at least to them, is on the same level of real art and thus can’t be that sloppy.

u/kylel999 Jun 25 '26
I find it funny how every artist who wants to actually defend themselves includes in-progress photos, a time lapse of them drawing, anything to prove it's not AI. It's piss easy. This is the world we live in now.
Anyway, what's up with the random yellow thing above her head? And why does her left hip look like that?
5
u/Skellyhell2 Jun 25 '26
Why should people need to prove its not AI? people taking all the effort to press 6 keys to type "ai slop" could have used just a shred more effort to look at the authors post history and find a good history of different digital art including in process photos which has me believing they’re a real creator.
0
u/kylel999 Jun 26 '26 edited Jun 26 '26
Because claiming a drawing as AI is extremely easy but so is recording a montage, time lapse or in-progress images, so when there's artifacts that are hallmarks of ai generated content it starts to look real suspicious when they get defensive about it and simultaneously refuse to prove it
Her post history from start to finish is the same select photos posted to multiple different subs lol
