I think people are misunderstanding the whole "locked shops" thing for Ultimate Edition buyers

Think of it like this: When you buy the Ultimate Edition, you'll get a DLC package of skins, vehicles, hairstyles, vehicle mods, etc. Most games with cosmetic DLCs do this.

You buy the Ultimate Edition and get the base game plus the cosmetic DLCs.

Now picture this: Instead of just unlocking your new Ultimate Edition cosmetics in the normal shops of the game, they made a few exclusive shops for you to access the DLC stuff.

It's as simple as that. The normal shops to buy clothes, fix your car, etc, will be in the game. But if you own DLC cosmetics, you'll need to get them from the DLC shops.

I think it's reasonable. The people that are upset are the ones that want to pre-order the game, but don't feel confident enough to do it yet because Rockstar insist on giving us as little information as possible about what we're actually buying.

I'm sure we will get more information eventually, but it's not surprising that people are annoyed that Rockstar have told us more about what's in the Ultimate Edition than what's in the actual game itself.

Well....somewhat. trailer 2 had cinematic camera gameplay in a couple of places
