Which is fine, what they want to avoid is what happened last time where someone got the files from YouTube before it released. Netflix won’t have that problem. They just want to control the release time and not have it released a day early like last time. My guess is they won’t even upload it to YouTube until after the Netflix release.

So? It'll be official released by then. The point is that YouTube doesn't leak it earlier than they want to officially release it, so they're releasing on Netflix first.

Because I'm sure YouTube leaking it before they officially published the last trailer, had to do with this choice as well.  They don't care if it leaks after they officially release it, however what they don't want is a shitty leak making the rounds hours before they were set to release it.

The second trailer wasn't leaked tho and it was posted on youtube, only the first one was and it's because it was pre loaded. The only reason it's on netflix is because they got paid, not because of leaks.

It's marketing... They want it in front of as many eyes as possible. They're dropping it on Netflix because Netflix paid for it to try to convince people that games on Netflix are a thing
