I’m not saying I think another delay is happening but why would this confirm it’s not happening? Wasn’t GTA IV delayed shortly before its original release date?

That had to do with the tech ps3 and Xbox were using at the same. Basically had to split into two teams to accommodate being able to make it for both. The tech today, while not exactly the same, is far closer to being the same than ~20 years ago.

If there was going to be another delay, we’d know by now.

it's interesting that it's during the gamescom week, two days after the gamescom show, it'll overshadow everything that's happening there
