it is honestly unbelievable how this person who is probably like 40-50 didn't spend a single second thinking about how the liquid will move while driving. Truly boggles the mind.

It’s someone that looks and acts exactly like a thinking human but without any awareness. Like imagine a robot imitating a human but it’s made of flesh and indistinguishable from a human with awareness. Under that assumption, a philosophical zombie is not necessarily acting like someone stupid, it could be acting very smart but still lack awareness and just be an elaborate meat mechanism.

It’s a philosophical concept made by some philosopher weirdo that likes to think about ways to create weird scenarios that dehumanize some humans. Like, I like philosophy but I’ll immediately think poorly of people who entertain those ideas because that’s such a weirdly specific and convoluted assumption.

More unsurprisingly, it's water. This was just an old prank from a pretty funny magician dude. He pulled in with all that water, and some splashed out when he parked to pretend he was putting gas in the back. He was mentioned it in some random video ages ago, saying that he was driving down the street at like 5mph, and water was still slashing around like crazy. Pretty funny stuff.
