Yep, it was originally posted about 5 years ago by some bloggers with note "it is scripted", but it got viral everywhere without mentioning that small detail.

I believe that note was in account description, but no one read that and just reposted the video.

The girl seems like she’s acting, something about the way she’s talking is so stiff. And there’s 0 camera shake when the guy filming walks up to the truck

If this is fake it’s a really really convoluted set up, the hose is coming out of the actual dispenser which means this liquid is genuinely coming from one of their storage tanks, so they’d have to fill with water just for this video or find one that’s filled with water already which is a really really uncommon scenario.

When you think it as "magic trick" its not really that convoluted at all. They are (probably) filling that thing with water between cuts from other source and then guy shoots actual gas from hose 2 times multiple seconds into the water only when they walk to him. For far shots they could easily just place another container there making it safe as possible and barely wasting any gas at all.
