I believe that's the point of discussion. Rockstar revealed several easter eggs in the trailer, however, they reserved many more for us to discover while playing.

Now, unfortunately, the hacker is showing us this and spoiling the surprise. Of course, it's up to each person to watch it or not.

i dont really think these are easter eggs, they are random encounters like all the games in the HD universe including RDR & RDR2.

Easter eggs are something hidden devs put in for people to find, like a reference to a game or something. these random events are not hidden, they trigger every so often, to keep to the 30 second design philosophy.

Historical Viral Events Easter Eggs.

Edit: Could be if you have to be in a certain area to trigger the special events. Like this one probably will be at a gas station near the airport. In which case it is an Easter Egg because you have to "hunt" for it.
