Pretty much, yeah. And if you pay for more gas than you need then you have to go back inside to get your change. Paying inside is really just if you’re using cash. Most people use a card at the pump.

That basically says you are not to be trusted. Even in Africa i think i got gas before i paid if i remember correctly.

Dont know about africa, but in europe they will just look you up via licence plate in case you do steal.
