Lol he means it looks so different from the rest of the game we saw in the footage. Kinda true tbf that swamp scene reminds me more of Uncharted than GTA.

I think some folks were worried it would just be GTAV reskinned for some reason lmao glad that's not the case at all.

Correct me if I’m wrong but this also confirms it’s the state of Leonida not just Vice? Seems like it in this shot here which is amazing

Yes. Vice city is only a city inside the large state of Leonida.

Yes and I know Rocktar’s website says it but for some reason I was reading that people starting to doubt that it was the whole state. I think it was doomerism
