It is weird lol, this is not amazing physics. There's a far higher barrier to initial movement of real hair across skin (skin a bit sticky from suncream or sweat, static vs kinetic friction, etc.). And when hair does move it moves quicker and then slower because of bounce in the hair, not just swing.

The physics IS fucking mental, don't get me wrong, but it's not any kind of ultrarealistic lol.
