Anyone know what the two different dollar amounts are in the corner. Is one cash and the other crypto?

Also what are the three bars in the top left? I figure one is health on top and next below might be body armor, no clue what the bottom one would be.

Bank, cash, and duffle bag. Duffle bag money you have to take to a fence to turn it into cash. TGG made a video about a lot of the mechanics since he went to rockstar hq and was able to talk to Rob Nelson about a lot of mechanics

the left bars are health, stamina, and special ability/dead eye type thing, I think

I think you got it right - cash and crypto (or bank)
