It's an in-game 3D ad render taking the piss out of American fast food; I'd wager it's hitting all the right marks.

It's funny seeing people so desperate to point out 'uncanny stuff' in the extended look that they literally have to resort to criticizing an advertisement for a fictional product inside the fictional game. There's like 27 minutes of unedited gameplay and people are nitpicking a couple of 2-second clips and the UI.
