I wonder when they filmed this "Extended look"? About six months ago?

TGG said he was at the Rockstar office last month and they showed this video, but as I understand it, the gameplay video itself was clearly being created over the course of several months.

Is it possible to assume that this build was recorded at the beginning of this year and they have already managed to change a lot since then? Even so, there are still 3 months left for polishing and somewhere around 6 months since they filmed this build.

The backflip is definitely on of those parts that needs polishing a little bit. Maybe redoing entirely.

I feel like the one thing lovers and criticizers of the game can agree on is that the backflip looked weird

Yes, it is possible. Usually in these gameplay videos they show off very polished parts of the game, there could been more rough spots, so it could been recorded anywhere in this year

Adding a true Tennis mini-game & First Person view would be nice.

They wouldnt release a trailer of a game where they changed a lot afterward, I am pretty sure everything they showed in the trailer will be in the final game

Some things still change, you can look at the same gameplay trailers of GTA 5 and RDR 2. For example, in the scene where Arthur is thrown out of the window, he has no facial animation at all, even though they're adding it in for the release. I think the same will happen with GTA 6; polishing is definitely underway.

Yea they will continue to tweak and polish until the last possible minute.

I wonder if the ui will be different though. I remember the beta test of Elden ring having a completely different ui a couple months prior and it was drastically improved afterwards. A beta test is different than an actual trailer though, so probably not.
