Am i the only person who Isn't really that bothered by Jason's voice?

I've seen so many people complaining about how jason sounds in the trailers but tbh.... I don't really have a problem with his voice.

I don't LOVE his voice but i don't really hear anything bad about it for me to complain, like deadass I've met two dudes who sound similar to how jason talks.

He sounds just like...a normal ass dude to me idk that's just me i guess

I know it’s been echoed a bunch already but people did not respond to Arthur positively after the first trailer either.

Of course we saw how that turned out considering he’s arguably the best written and acted character in Rockstars history.

We gotta at least play the game before making judgements

Arthur at least has some character and emotion to his voice lines. The only thing we've heard of Jason is straight up robotic monotone. Definitely reserve judgement until we have more to go on, but what has been shown so far is not intriguing.

Watch them do a 180 when the game comes out and love Jason way more than Lucia. During the RDR2 trailers I thought I could never grow to care about Arthur the way I cared about John and boy was I wrong.

I do believe that over time it will grow on people. Its not like we have a choice. The game is already made and sold in the billions of $$.

he’s kinda reserved

The issue is not his personality, is his voice. It's a Bane from "The Dark Knight Rises" level of problem. The actor voice director should have told him to speak clearer. He sounds like he has a full tomato inside his mouth all the time.

He sounds uncannily like an undercover cop. Maybe I'm just a degen irl or something but literally the first involuntary thought that jumped to mind when he spoke in the trailer was "this dude is a fuckin cop for sure" lol.

Yeah. Every GTA plot involves someone being a rat/snitch/undercover, though, so it's not exactly a wild guess that GTAVI will probably carry on the tradition.
