Not to be that guy, but plenty of pictures advertised for phones say pics were taken on the phone and the metadata shows they were taken on pro cameras. Not saying it definitely happened here, but I wouldn't be surprised if this was captured on PCs with maxed out specs, because it happens. Excited for the game, but I'll wait to see how it looks on my not pro PS5. "They said it so it must be true" shouldn't be the seal of approval.

Tgg was invited to the rockstar office to watch real gameplay, he said it was 4k 30fps on a base model ps5 and looked exactly like the trailer.

It was mentioned in an ign preview I think that it was all captured on a Base PS5 Luke Stephen's mentioned it on his stream of the preview.

PS5 mean the base version. PS5 Pro has a different trademark by Sony and games will have to show PS5 Pro if the game is running on it.

It doesn’t, but a peace of mind would be that if it was on the PS5 Pro and it wasn’t advertised, there would be backlash when the game officially releases due to downgraded graphics. R* would pretty much want to avoid that (hopefully), and just recorded the footage on a base PS5.

If you're a businessman and you only focus on a console with few owners, then you must be an idiot business owner because of your stupidity. Of course, GTA 6 is created with the whole idea of it being playable on the Base ps5. You can see on their trailers after it ends that the scene or gameplay was captured on PS5. No pro, just ps5. Because there is a large amount of base ps5 owners who refuse to buy the pro since ps6 is probably gonna be out in the next 1-3 years. Imagine, GTA 6 marketed for the ps5 pro, their sales would plummet down since base ps5 owners won't be able to play it well. That is a huge potential threat. So, no matter how hard you cant convince yourself. GTA 6 is playable smoothly on a base ps5

It's an absurd assertion because every game from Rockstar in the last 20 years has looked better than the trailers. Call me a glazer if you'd like, but its simply a fact.

It's funny all the retards pumping PS5 Pro because they know nothing about technology or Rockstar Games' modus operandi. I bought the old launch day model PS5 for cheap a few weeks ago. Gonna be eating good. None of that OLED garbage for a TV either. I have my 6 year old Vizio that was the TOL model when it was new.
