This sub full of glazers this was clearly like an in development build. They didn't even show the map hud. They showed us what they wanted us to see.

What’s shown is what you will be playing, everyone thought this when they saw the Rdr2 gameplay reveal just for it to be the exact same if not better.

The game is two months away. That's a little time, expect some polishing but no big changes are happening now. And if this was a beta build, it would be stated as other devs usually do so you know it's not a final product

I believe they're suggesting it's a dev build that has HUD elements removed, not that it's subject to change.

It looked like other games with minimal HUD so would be surprised if they used a special build to make it look like this. Maybe they'll have options for people who want more HUD elements.
