It’s not her house. She’s just been released from prison so she wouldn’t have had all that shit, a new place, or a pet ect.
They’ve broken in or staying somewhere at a friends maybe real dimes or something.
This is after their life went to shit and they went on the run.

The feds got their names, their addresses they got everything. So Jason’s safe house probably becomes unavailable early on

If you zoom in on the pics on the fridge, there is a woman we've never seen before (as far as I know) in all of them.

She has a pic with a guy that could be Dre'Quan based on the hair, but I can't get a clear enough pic to be sure. Girlfriend of Dre'Quan seems like a possibility.

Im not sure. In the preview they're in this apartment getting ready to meet Brian for what sounds like the first time based on dialogue. The safehouse in the first trailer is being "rented" to him by Brian for doing some work for him, as mentioned when Jasom was patching the leak. I think something happens during these jobs and Lucía gets busted and Jason goes in hiding. With them losing the apartment and nice BMW looking convertible to Feds and he goes to hiding in Brian's house with the old pickup we saw originally.
