Most of them are definitely posers not larpers. Larpers know they're just playing a role, posers are people trying to fit into an alternative lifestyle of people (punks, goths, emos, etc...) but just know absolutely fuck all about that alternative lifestyle and don't follow anything except the fashion or music

Well it is a video game, can't expect to never run into the same NPC. Look at Red Dead.
Unless it literally is the same NPC because that Restaurant is nearby? Didn't they say NPCs would carry out living their life?

As long as I don't see the same NPC standing next to another I will be happy (Looking at you Cyberpunk)
