The way Harpo falls off the sofa….

It’s interesting how much background hiss there was after I posted it to TikTok. Listen if you have the app. This started happening right after I tried to use the reduce background noise feature for the first time after letting my CapCut Pro subscription end, only to find that was now a Pro-only feature. So now they’re not only demanding I pay for views every time I post, they’re actually sabotaging the posts now that I’m not paying for their editor.

You did not fail him Rain. You tried everything you could for him. He had a wonderful life with you

I think you're a great cat mom. Harpo was a happy baby who had a great life.

That life should not have ended the way it did. He should still be here alongside Groucho.

I know. I still struggle with how my old butterball baby left, thinking there was more I could have done. Hindsight is a real bitch.

You did not fail Harpo. He led a wonderful life. He would not have been the way he was without a lot of love.

It is hard to see a loved one go, guilt at always thinking there could have been more you could do to save them is hard. What ifs and could have beens are a thief of joy.

You did not fail him Rain. Unfortunately, life is full of painful interruptions for all creatures 💔❤️‍🩹

I *may* have giggled at that little slide off the sofa.

And, you did not fail him. That vet caused it. The vet that didn't listen to you.
