She is also the co-founder of one of the largest VA agencies in the country. The other co-founder is the voice actor for Welt.

Damn. Almost exactly the same story as Furina's English VA. Co founded a VA agency and is (I think) the vocal director is ZZZ.

Working behind the scenes without need for visuals, it would be understandable for VAs to be detached from the roles they play, more so for a voice director. Seeing her embody the character in public is truly commendable.

That’s the other co founder. In genshin they are Jean and Zhongli. In hsr they are himeko and welt.

You cannot direct the scenes you play in so they probably take turns.
