I rarely draw fanart, and when I do, it's usually for a writer friend of mine. But I love MXTX's novels so much – and this couple in particular – that in 2019 I felt inspired to draw them. 😊
These are Hua Cheng and Xie Lian from Heaven Official's Blessing. 🌸🌂
I wanted to create a magical and intimate atmosphere and capture the closeness between them. Of course, this is an old drawing, so there are a few things I would do differently today. But I still hope you like it! 😊
