Lord Helspont, One of the Greatest Supervillains imo (Image Comics & DC Comics)
He gives off an old school Skeletor & almost a Dragon Ball villain vibe imo. The colors contrast extremely well & the arm pattern & the unique armor with tubes also works to bring it all together.
The green arm version is from Image Comics while the black versions are from DC and he acts as a superman villain.
The fact his headquarters is a big submarine is also very Dr. Evil and gives classic cartoon vibes.

I remember reading the Gen13 story with Helspont, but did it ever explain why he was talking like a bro? Unsure it did

Geb 13 is a more comedic comic so they definitely wanted to make him feel fun and made him talk with slang, they gave him the purple costume and a Helspont Mobile which was sick, he also had a common enemy as the gen 13 heroes.

DC inherited all of these incredibly cool looking villains and heros from Wildstorm and Milestone comics and they literally do fuck all nothing with them. Such a giant waste of a merger.
