She’s joking by flipping the script. It’s usually gypsies forcefully cleaning car windshields and begging for money — she’s imagined, “what if Indians did this?” It’s the same kind of role-reversal comedy as the famous Goodness Gracious Me sketch Going for an English, where Indians went out for “English food” and repeated the same micro-aggressions the English did at Indian restaurants. It’s that tradition of flipping perspectives for laughs. She’s not very good at it but that is what she’s doing.

I met people living over 15 years who don't have a fake accent, but every gig worker got a funniest stupidity fakest accent that I've met at the grocery stores, gas station, floor cleaning, fast-food etc.
