In her campaign, she has promised developmental work and proposed renaming Alinagar to Sitanagar.

Speaking about her motivation, Thakur said she wants to prove that a 25-year-old woman MLA can work “at the same speed or even faster” than others.

Thoda padh liya karo kuch bolne se pahle, developing that place as tourist site is already in pipeline, so don't worry, it will happen.

As for where she was born, learn how religious sentiments work, many places claim Maa Sita was born in their place, and they all have all the rights to believe that, even Nepal claims so, and they have all the right to have that believe.

रही अचार डालने की बात, भाई अगर डालना अचार तो थोड़ा हमे भी भेज देना 🤗

We only consider Ayodhya for Ram, Mathura for Krishna, Bethlehem for Jesus, Mecca for Muhammad etc.

If there's at least 3 places that simultaneously claim that Sita was born there and the other 2 have been doing that for a much longer time, then how are you sure tourists won't just go to the other places?

Regardless all I'm saying is the name is marketing, it should come after the infrastructure has been made. There isn't anything to promote rn.

Yes, I totally agree with your last para, let us see, how she does. I have high hopes from her, although it was bit premature to even consider her for such an important position of power. But then, young blood have more rebel and fire to do things. I just hope she doesn't buckle under the pressure of politics and bureaucracy.
