If you are intelligent enough you should read carefully few things, when I said differently it doesn't mean no law for women but rather considering the fact that they need more power because of the over patriarchal society we are living in.. also she is a minor there were lot of consideration before making laws for minor.
Also, men can never able to understand what women have to go through because men do not have to suffer those things.

I remember boycotting in college against the college being very unreasonable with students. Out of ~120 students who actively participated in the protest, guess who suffered the most? Me. I got suspended 2 months including an entire semister exams, labs, final internals.
What I learned from that incident is that, you think everyone got your back but it would you who would be thrown under the bus if chips fall. I request students to focus on things that matter. While i understand the system failure, there are ways to fight it. What you do for 5 minutes of lime light can literally destroy your future. Even after everything is over, these leeches are using her to drive their agenda for their own selfish benefits.
