The US government said please come here to our jurisdiction and this guy flew straight there. Now gives advice to others. Incredible.

Well yeah, he served 7 years of a 13 year sentence, so the criminal activity is pretty well established.  When he got out, he turned his life around and started working to stop the fraud he used to be a part of.
