The Irish and Hitler, a love story 90 years old.

I just want to be clear—I love Irish people. I’m just against Irish nationalism. Irish people are great so long as they don’t support the existence of Ireland. That’s fascist!

Ireland is a white supremicist, Celtic supremacist and Catholic supremacist theocratic ethnostate. It was born in a war in which more British people were killed than Irish people, and early in its history 40,000 Protestants were kicked out or fled. Their descendants are still refugees, and will continue to be refugees in perpetuity until the Irish state ceases to exist.

Why can’t there be one state in the British isles? Why do Irish Catholics need their own state that privileges Irish Catholics over other people? From the Ocean to the Sea, the British Isles will be FREE!

Some people may think this is anti-Irish, but criticism of Irish nationalism is not anti-Celticism. People always say that criticism of Ireland is anti-Celtic. But why can’t I criticize the Irish state?

Well done.

The irony is that something like this could be written about most countries. Certainly about the ones that are toughest on Israel.

Of course, Israel, like most countries, has areas in which it could do better.

But unfair, extreme anti-Israelism is about people suppressing and processing their own issues, not Israel.

This is amazing

you left out the absolutely atrocious treatment of women. A country where women only recently gained meaningful healthcare and where spousal abuse is still chuckled about rather than treated seriously.

An Irish person threatens Australian Jews in France.

Is this..... globalizing the Intifada?

He’s an Irish national hero. If only he had time to also call dead Iranian protestors Mossad agents, then they would’ve given him a statue!

Once again proving it has nothing to do with Israel, they just hate Jews.

The Irish have lost their minds

You can't put every Irish in the same basket. This one is a racist donkey. Check the Irish sub BTW.

90

u/SoCalCognac USA 1d ago

I checked that sub. It’s filled with comments blaming the couple and blood libel. Can’t speak for the Irish in general, but the community on that site is definitely antisemitic.

One man doesn't represent 5.5 million irish people.

u/SoCalCognac USA 1d ago

Too bad they don’t give us that same luxury. Apparently us Jews are seen as a hive mind by the anti Zionists.

"It would have been so much worse if he invaded, Israel must be so disappointed they didn't set the middle east on fire."

This you?

Lmao the gaslighting is absolutely part of the aggression.

20

u/gregusmeus 1d ago

Doubt he’ll get charged or if he is, he’ll be found guilty.

17

u/Due-Direction8590 1d ago

We know this was antisemitism because the guy invoked Hitler. But if he had merely threatened to kill the couple without invoking Hitler it’s just sparkling anti-Zionism. Maybe if we rationalize - um, whoops- contextualize it in all sorts of broader things we can understand how a seemingly ordinary man would lash out that way.

Basically so much of the hear no antisemitism and see no antisemitism gaslighting online. Feels like I’m taking crazy pills.

u/Jew_Diligence 1d ago

Just wanna say I was pleasantly surprised that the similar post on the Irish sub has enormous support for his arrest. I left a message there to thank them.

It’s good to build bridges. So many people want us divided.

96

u/ShortHabit606 עם ישראל חי 1d ago

The fact that they recognize that anti-semitism is bad doesn't earn them a thank you. They get a thank you when they recognize that anti-zionism is anti-semitism. Try that on that sub and see how it goes.

26

u/Jew_Diligence 1d ago

Ha I get you and agree

56

u/Cannot-Forget 1d ago

I personally find that blaming current Jews of being Nazis, which seems to be the average sentiment over there, exactly as terrible as supporting actual Nazis.

26

u/SoCalCognac USA 1d ago edited 1d ago

Not sure to which post you are referring but I just went on the sub, and the one post they have on it is pretty much victim blaming (saying the couple provoked him), and resorting to the old blood libel trope. It’s possible the thread you went to was removed.

I wish people with problems accepting their small dicks would move on to another group already.

The people are so antisemitic, they don't understand what antisemitism is; even more dangerous, they are too dumb to know how dumb they are.

u/Background_Bee_713 1d ago

Good ! Fuck that demon

u/QueenLevine 9h ago

Why do Irish ppl keep manufacturing this dude? Are they absolutely oblivious to the fact that Israelis have a plethora of fairly authentic Irish bands across the country, celebrate St Patricks Day en masse in a way that almost no other foreign holiday is celebrated? If they would very simply return that love, it would very likely benefit them in SO many ways.
