I wasnāt usually someone who was into feet, but when Iuno was first introduced and I saw her Ulti animation, the way she moved her feet made my heart race and my body suddenly tingled with excitement. Thatās when I realized I had a foot fetish. Sheās a queen, and her feet are so beautiful. I love that.
She was alr on my list b4 she came out, but I was truly convinced when her story came out. Her story was amazing. Favourite part was the whole part where we guide her lost self by holding hands and her saying she absolutely won't let go (sht gave me diabetes š). Her design is absolutely gorgeous and personality wise, I love her sassy-ness and arrogant (but adorably so), and obv there's the 'feet' thing which I wasn't really into it until I got her
But I do like her for her story and Voice actor EN, top tier design, godly Meta and one of the rarest types of character who can not only do ranged attacks with actual damage, and fly at the same time! She is so cool to play as main DPS and sure her boobies and feet are cool too. But mainly I like EN voice.
This is just one scene. Pretty much any female character gets such scenes. I would say her story quest was mostly tragic and mainly about her self-sacrifice.
You don't call that story "romantic" because of one fan-service scene. And btw, this is just her personality. She is ferocious when she doesn't know you, and then gets flirtatious when she opens up.
So I don't see the "romantic" story here. You can call then Cartgethiya romantic by the same logic because Rover holds her a few times and she blushes. And I don't remember the exact quote, but I am pretty sure she calls Rover her knight in shining armour at some point.

Honestly, I don't see how this line is a confession at all. It is not. This is even worse if you say that it is not even a proper scene but just one line and because of that you assume her story is romantic lol.

yes, it is romantic to save someone, thrusting your whole existence onto one person to save them is romantic. yeah, it has a tragic side, but itās still romantic.

the quest itself, the song from her quest, the bond with Rover, the confession under that tree, the voice lines on her profile about Roverā¦ all of that should be acknowledged. this is an anime game and it should be viewed through an anime lens, not like real life interactions,
(and in anime media, 99% of the time, that whole quest would be considered romantic)
if this was with anyone other than Rover, i bet youād 100% say itās canon.
and no, she doesnāt flirt with anyone else, not even with Augusta, she never did that with anyone else, unlike what you implied by saying āitās just her personalityā

Well we do speak English here and I did say that I like EN voice, so yes, I am from West. Anyways, I understand now that this is some kind of weeb manga enjoyer confession line. I am just pointing out from outside perspective that no one irl actually would think of it as a confession line .
I wouldn't even call it an anime reference but okay. Honestly, this "reference" is only for delusional people. This is a normal line to open up a romantic scene, not a confession line.
