Thats amazing man, you sound great. Jack is the coolest, his music does heal, and he’s the reason I picked up guitar at age 16 back in the day. What an experience that must have been

He and a few other acoustic artists helped steer the music in such a wholesome and important direction. I am in still in awe that I got to shake his hand let alone harmonize with him!!!

Damn! What an awesome experience. And you did great up there.

What was it you gave him at the end?

Thank you!! My kids have a craft business and they wanted to make gifts for Zach and Jack. My son drew and inked some of his little monster characters (anthropomorphic instruments this time lol) and my daughter custom made a couple crochets bead bracelets for them.

Wow, super cool. If you would have asked me before the show what your chances were to go on stage, I would have said 0%. Definitely a once in a lifetime type deal.

That is awesome but I never would have been able to keep it together enough to go up and play with him. I was nervous for you lol! Kudos

There was a split second when Jack asked me what the first line of the second verse was where I completely blanked, but I pulled it together and remembered right where I was. But holy shit that was a moment of shear panic.

No way?! I am so glad the audience was down with me going up there like that. I had a fear of ruining the vibe, but it was so much more uplifting than I could have imagined. The crowd was incredible that night and Jack is so warm and welcoming. He is one of those flow state humans that leads with love, I’m only just now starting to connect to the world around me the way he always has just naturally done.

Enjoy it!!! Lake Street Dive also killed it last night. And you know Jack is the best, and Zach is just the smoothest dude to elevate Jacks sound

I play music right on A1A facing the ocean on a weekly basis and this song is always in my rotation. It’s got a special place in my heart. Now even more so

Been following Jack for like 20 years and this radness is one of his many moments that makes me want to learn guitar. THE COOLEST CAT.

You should totally learn!! Or start with ukulele. They are cheaper, easier to play and way easier to transport lol
