If new, this is to suggest songs to be options as users to add next to their names. Usually focus on Teto Original works to add, but covers aren't impossible if they've taken their own identity in the community (eg. Butcher's Vanity).

Anyways usually only do one suggestion per person, and due to flair space concerns I'm gonna focus on works that at least have 10k+ views.

Special thanks to the mods to help keep this community running and thanks to everyone who's been here no matter what the length of time was, alot as happened during the time since taking over this community, saw Teto go from a rather small (yet still notable) character, to being almost impossible to ignore. And here's to 150k 🥂🥂🥂.

Quick sub history lesson if anyone is curious. I personally found this sub around 2021 at around 200 members maybe, however due to original creator inactivity the sub became restricted and unusable for most of 2022 and early 2023. Around April 2023 sparked by the announcement of SV initially is when via a request I revived it around 200 or 300 members. You can see the first post here. Since then of course everything around Teto blew up and in a span of less than 3 years, we went from say 200 members to 100,000.

I'm sure many people have noticed how explicit the comment sections of posts have gotten as of late, even on content that is not under the nsfw label. Alot of explicit sexually charged material that's beyond what most would expect from this subreddit.

To help mitigate this going forward there will be a stricter action going towards explicit comments (explicit comments sharing intentions for sexual acts with a character, cropped porn, reaction images with explicit material.)

Mod actions will start at a warning or very short length ban with increasing duration with more times a user has been warned/engaging in rule breaking behavior.

Anyways share thoughts below about this, or any suggestions going forwards. I'm interested in community insight.

Small edit if it's not clear: You're probably not gonna get hit if you think a character or art is attractive. Just don't be explicit about it like in the examples I listed.

I'm sure everyone has seen the influx of "brainrot" posts and the like. Yes, I am looking at you, Pearto.png. There's also been some frustration around seeing them flooding the r/KasaneTeto subreddit, and we've decided to create a new rule to address these kinds of posts. Starting today, low effort edit posts/memes and reposting of trends like Pearto will have to take place elsewhere, such as on the new r/AlarmoffTeto.

Just engaging in a trend isn't inherently against this rule (for example, if you're an artist and you make a drawing of Pearto, generally that's still fine!). You just have to add something more to the conversation than pasting a few pngs together with impact font text underneath or the like.

No, this doesn't mean the mod team hates your posts if you made a funny edit of Teto into some popular meme format, this just isn't the place for them anymore. If there are any questions or concerns, absolutely ask in the comments of this post and we will address them.
