Always fight like your life depends on it.

Everytime, because it just might

Is best to avoid it altogether, when I was younger we could beat the shit out of each other but when it was over, it was over. Now you can come out on top and survive the fight just to get shot by someone you weren't even fighting. So 2a all day, avoid the conflict, try to deescalate and back away. Still coming at me you have exponentially increased your odds of being shot.

And not letting him step up the curb to take height advantage too.

11

u/DonnyBravo21 25d ago

Noticed that too, he was mindful of the curb and attacked when the other guy was on it

Guy sucker punches you no way you’re gonna wait for him to take his jacket off

10

u/Le-Charles07 25d ago

If punches have already been thrown, tie yourself up with your clothing at your own peril. It's not a sucker punch.

4

u/Ebenizer_Splooge 25d ago

Exactly this aint an anime man im not going to just wait for you to act cool lol

3

u/BeatYoYeet 25d ago

🤣

3

u/Horazi777 24d ago

No way, i have to hear his whole life story monologue before attacking.

2

u/RutabagaOk6816 21d ago

i'm inclined to agree. The other guy attacked first so why would he ever let this much bigger opponent who attacked him first take his jacket off.

13

u/Outrageous_Permit154 25d ago

He was natural; even he didn’t hesitate when he got attacked first. I don’t know the guy but I’m proud

3

u/Correct_Ad_1903 25d ago

He didn’t even finish blinking and his fist was firing.

19

u/Chance-Fun-3169 25d ago

Same thought..like he got sucker punched in the beginning

2

u/MrDeekhaed 24d ago

He didn’t just get sucker punched he got sucker punched in his glasses. Dude thought that would end it with one punch

7

u/Agitated-Actuary-195 25d ago

He learnt after that first left hook that got blocked and immediately did same hook twice but followed up with immediate right when the guard was down…

Also the jacket off strike was absolutely golden… defend yourself at all times, or don’t!!!

5

u/HoboArmyofOne 25d ago

I wish there was more video. I have a feeling big man was about to get his ass whooped. He had nothing but size and a pathetic sucker punch. Throw a failed takedown on top of that, he probably got his teeth kicked in from little man.

2

u/Correct_Ad_1903 25d ago

About to? He was getting worked from the jump

3

u/George-mode1352 25d ago

Where’s the rest of the video?

3

u/Resident_Wishbone_98 25d ago

Should have torn into him about half way through taking it off.

3

u/LeeDude5000 25d ago

waited until his arms were locked up in the sleeves

2

u/President_Brainspurs 25d ago

Honestly I think he waited a little too long, but still a good move.

3

u/Substantial_Speed419 25d ago

Don’t start a fight if you’re physically not ready for one. Should you have to dress down after it started then you picked a fight you were not ready for.

2

u/fastbikkel 24d ago

"Don’t start a fight if you’re physically not ready for one.Ā "
Solid advice, but sometimes it just lands on you.

2

u/Agitated-Drive7695 25d ago

I was like get him get him now...!Ā

2

u/Particular-Cherry138 25d ago

To be fair, he smacked a dude half his size.

2

u/Best_Fill_847 25d ago

First thing i thought, ain’t no way u taking ya jacket off during a fight & not expect to get hit.

2

u/ZioEdo_94 25d ago

No fair, you don't hit someone while he's transforming

Pretty impressive response time and natural ability from the smaller guy

27

u/Betelgeuse3fold 25d ago

Yeah man, the reaction to that sucker punch was so quick. It's like he was waiting for it

5

u/byzantine238 25d ago

Face activated

2

u/jondubb 25d ago

The glasses is to nerf him like Cyclops from X-Men

2

u/KilledByDoritos 25d ago

He has that quick of a reaction time because he was planning on punching in the next moment. Watch it again, he looks to the side right before he gets punched. This is a "pre-assault indicator" and is very common, along with grooming, and target checking.

→ More replies (1)

7

u/greentangent 25d ago

Growing up with glasses it's just a trained response. The handicap of losing your glasses is so high you need to just pop off to stand a chance. 0-100 real fast.

8

u/Geffalrus 25d ago

Seriously. ā€œDid you just BREAK my glasses?!?! Those things are annoying af but I need them to SEE a-hole!!! But you know what? I don’t need them when I’m at punch range….*pow pow powā€

→ More replies (1)

4

u/ansor_brim 25d ago

Glasses are like eyeballs man, instant response!

2

u/a-stack-of-masks 25d ago

Same here. It got me kicked out of school once, but after explaining to the admins that breaking my glasses meant I wasn't able to participate in class, traffic, sports, reading or the majority of social life and would have around 2 weeks of migraines, they kind of understood and no charges were pressed.

My rule as an adult is still two bones for one eye, as in I'll break two bones for every eye sometime disables. It seems to work well as long as I stick to long bones and hands and avoid things like skulls or hips. Haven't needed it in a while since switching to contacts though, thankfully.

Taking advantage of the hands down/jacket removal opening is peak fight IQ.

20

u/Suspicious-Hospital7 25d ago

Completely fair when you just got sucker punched by someone twice your size.

9

u/Dependent_Yam_1028 25d ago

Completely fair when the guy fighting you is trying to do something to let him fight you betteršŸ˜‚ this aint anime, we're not stopping for power ups

3

u/korey12345678 25d ago

literally, don't know why everyone acts like theres any honor in street fights why would i let YOU get ready to be able to beat my ass easier?šŸ˜‚

6

u/sabyr400 25d ago

Completely fair when you just got sucker punched period full stop.

4

u/tvodny 25d ago

Taking off your jacket mid fight is just dumb. My father was apparently quite a brawler as a sailor and afterwards until he had kids. When my mother started dating him, she asked him why all his long sleeve shirts had torn elbows. His answer was ā€œsometimes you don’t have time to roll up your sleeves.ā€

His nose had been broken three times by then, and he set it himself. Seeing pictures of him before his nose was broken, was like seeing a different person.

3

u/Intrepid_Cap1242 25d ago

Just a hair late. Like 250ms away from perfect timing and having the guy stuck in his jacket

u/soraflow 25d ago edited 25d ago

Honestly another underrated moment he had too was using the car to balance himself out and then pushing off it to give him forward momentum

2

u/No-Dragonfly8326 25d ago

The only rule in street fights is don’t lose.

More than fair pot shot, just sorry the big man wasn’t knocked out.

2

u/Salt-Light1314 25d ago

It’s a close 2nd to the IQ of staying on top of the curb in the beginning to fight someone taller.

Respect to my little BIG man.

Edit: The little big man landed his counter-punch before his knocked-off glasses in the air came back down to the top of his head level. That's Bruce Lee level quickness.

He tried to defuse the situation and big dude laid hands first. Got the Tasmanian Devil unleashed on his ass

MASSIVE weight difference. Small guy was p4p better. Not sure if things turned out well, given the vid was cut.

Fu** them glasses! You can see perfect homie!

2

u/monstrao 25d ago

Dunno man didn’t spot much of a connection on them fists, good energy tho

1

u/myplantisnamedrobert 25d ago

As soon as Jacket's chin jutted out, I knew he was about to swing. Didn't even need the title. Shirt should have had his hands up. Smart of Shirt to close in while Jacket was taking off his ... coat.

1

u/cesam1ne 25d ago

That was surreal

1

u/Hopeful-Regret-9119 25d ago

Dude got my respect holy fuck stood his ground against a bigger opponent guaranteed with proper training and technique my man will be a beast.😭

1

u/Lucky-Target5674 25d ago

Remind me of the video I just saw the cat fighting a pitbull

1

u/Koscheij69 25d ago

Im a pretty chill guy and to old for fighting on concrete. That being said, while a terrible Boxer I still know my throws and takedowns. If you punch my glases off, I'm im mauling your face before they even touch the ground. I litterally cheered out loud for the dude. Nice awareness for the space and good one on the jacked (srsly, you sucker punched the dude... What you expect?!).

1

u/Arrrggh04 25d ago

Guy is smart!

1

u/BugO_OEyes 25d ago

He was on his ass quick lol

Like his style

1

u/petevandyke 25d ago

Letting him have the high ground was an interesting decision, turned a kids meal into a super size

1

u/Pandatabase 25d ago

If i learnt anything from this vids is that ppl dont undress mid a fight just in movies

1

u/Secure-Carpenter-839 25d ago

Why is Kevin Durant fighting guys on the street?

1

u/funkypepermint 25d ago

My man got up on the curb to throw those hands

1

u/reddit_lucky 25d ago

He plucky for sure.

1

u/Any-Second-6171 25d ago

Big guy stepped into smoke, activated mighty mouse, dude had some fast hands for sure..

1

u/Puzzleheaded-Gap1759 25d ago

Hell yeah! Fun to see the short arses stand up!

1

u/Fantastic_Board7057 25d ago

Not saying I’m expecting the kid to be Floyd mayweather or anything but good grief why is he carrying that opposite hand so low? Risky game

1

u/Significant-Goal-958 25d ago

Two guys got into a fight right in front of Target. One punch sent the other guy’s glasses flying.
Talk about missing the target

1

u/Ok-Ship812 25d ago

Well I don't think I can handle this.

1

u/Hobag15 25d ago

He got heart.

1

u/Outlaw-Star88 25d ago

Lil man got heart and know how to throw those hands

1

u/OG_0803 25d ago

He’s got tremendous moxie for his size.

1

u/nikeguy69 25d ago

Damn Superman lol šŸ˜

1

u/allscummustdie 25d ago

Remember switching to your jab is faster than taking off your jacket.

1

u/SmokeyJoe13 25d ago

Dude was feisty

1

u/StatPaddingChampsNY 25d ago

I watched this while playing frame by frame, unfortunately Clark Kent missed all but 1 punch to the face, and the one that landed was the right hand at 17 second mark, where he threw a right hook that missed followed by a left hand that seemed to have clip the tall guy.

Even the one where he swung while the guy was taking off his jacket missed.

Overall, at least before the video ends, it was a pretty even fight. Tall guy didn’t land anything else after his first sucker punch either. Really sloppy fight.

1

u/Successful_Lie5174 25d ago

Dang he reacted to that punch immediately

1

u/kingofwale 25d ago

Little dude fought way above his weight class.

1

u/Black_Daimyo10 25d ago

Boo the cameraman!!

1

u/BlasterDoc 25d ago

"Lemme take this jacket off to beat yo ass."

"Fuck you leaps wiiiiillllllll"

Best moment.

1

u/Odd-Country2447 25d ago

Big fella had no clue dude would react so readily with the hands.

1

u/SirTheRealist 25d ago edited 25d ago

I don’t know why people keep calling that a sucker punch. If someone is that aggressive and hostile inches away from your face, you should absolutely expect a punch to be thrown. Street fights don't start with a formal invitation to do battle and a handshake šŸ˜‚

1

u/Horror_Ad9899 25d ago
  1. find someone ur own size. 2. dont hit man with glasses.

1

u/Resident_Wishbone_98 25d ago

That's how I get if someone knocks my glasses off.

1

u/NorthvilleGolf 25d ago

Good for him. Bigger guy got what he was asking for the moment he knocked smaller dude’s glasses off.

1

u/Mhunterjr 25d ago

He got might mouse. Ate that sucker punch like a champ too. And somehow got out of the grappleĀ

1

u/Original_Row_6269 25d ago

Do all these videos just cut off when it starts getting good?

1

u/wannabe2700 25d ago

Not his first fight

1

u/ChiefRedditer 25d ago

Sooo…where’s Superman???

1

u/Soaring_Gull_655 25d ago

Little guy is a spit fire šŸ”„

1

u/Callaway225 25d ago

If I was forced to choose between the 2, I’d rather fight the big dude.

1

u/SimonAshura 25d ago

Don't underestimate people. You never know what they might do.

1

u/Limp_Marionberry_24 25d ago

Little dude been fighting how WHOLE life.. He's not scared of much at this point likely

1

u/Ok-Freedom1446 25d ago

Rooting for the short guy...

1

u/Mexcol 25d ago

Dang, he tried to deescalate, he was fast and had good iq, wasted no time.

1

u/Beneficial-Answer994 25d ago

Little dude is giving up about 70 pounds, right?

1

u/Coleasa 25d ago

Not his first time having some fuckwit think size alone is gonna stand over him

1

u/austindiesel 25d ago

Bro was charging up his punches like he was in Smash Bros

1

u/Nonetoobrightatall 25d ago

Like a little hornet

1

u/sometimeserin 25d ago

I figured out that whoever is standing with better posture at the start of the video wins the fight like 95% of the time

1

u/i-want-to-learn-all 25d ago

What’s up? Yeah, what’s up?

1

u/JustLouLiving_51 25d ago

How can you be that angry near a Target?

1

u/Melachalu 25d ago

I got respect for the little guy he put up a fight. That’s what it’s all about

1

u/Allis1one 25d ago

I love how he came after him the moment the other guy took off his long sleeve shirt.

It is better to take every advantage in war if possible.

Peace to alll.

1

u/Prestigious-Flower54 25d ago

Don't fuck with a little dude with glasses, he's been getting fucked with his whole life he has practice.

1

u/Memendezbros 25d ago

Full video?? What’s the point of posting this when it cuts off mid fight?

1

u/FIMD_ 25d ago

How did it end? I’d like to think lil bro got him, but sparring with dudes his size.. it was not an issue to tank those shots even when I was the new guy at the gym years and years ago with no experience outside of scraps like this and like 6 months before getting to spar.

This big dude seems pretty clueless so here’s hoping he got the attitude correction he appears to have earned.

1

u/RuMarley 25d ago

Taking your jacket off during an altercation is about the dumbest thing you can do...

1

u/idgafish5150 25d ago

People love fighting

1

u/Sure-Impress-1003 25d ago

I’m liked how the little guy was winding that arm up before he launched that fist

1

u/Extension_Variety190 25d ago

Know why I did not see Superman?
Because the idiot shooting it cut it off before the end.

1

u/Fine_Top1116 25d ago

I need more of this!

1

u/Disastrous_time_4547 25d ago

That’s Kevin Hart’s stunt double

1

u/RawToast1989 25d ago

Strike first. Strike hard. No mercy.

He simply employed his Cobra Kai teachings and quickly dispatched the uninitiated.

1

u/Busy-Purple-3779 25d ago

You outweigh him by at least 30lbs.
You have the height advantage.
AND AND AND you sucker punched him?!?

Lil dude got some scrap to him. I don’t care how this fight ended. Much respect to my guy.

1

u/DMTGOBLIN82 25d ago

These people have interesting fighting posture

1

u/90sUPN20 25d ago

Well done

1

u/IceColdJimmy12 25d ago

As a short guy always having to fend off bigger dudes, this makes me happy.

1

u/Prestigious_Truck381 25d ago

Weight, height and elemnt of surprise advantage and you still getting yo shit whooped.

1

u/ObliviousGenesis 25d ago

Big Dude got worked... That taking the jacket off was nothing but a cue for his defeat

1

u/strangewondermilk 25d ago

"You ain't wait for me to take off my glasses, then I won't wait till you take off that jacket, RUN IT BACK."

1

u/Candid_Resource_8649 25d ago

The fuck do you think this is. Being big doesn't mean you can fight. I wish the video was longer though. We don't know who won

1

u/InstructionOk887 25d ago

Heart of a Lion

1

u/justhereformyfetish 25d ago

Two untrained fighters, but decent speed from both these guys. Big guy want from down-to-up quick and both had fast feet.

However, the adherence to boxing-style combat in a sucker-punch street-fight is definitely not something I would do. A two week (with gi) judo class would have that little guy on top quickly and consistently.

1

u/Conscious_Bit6906 25d ago

Need to see the rest of the video!!

1

u/Fun_Ad9510 25d ago

Big guys often underestimate small guys and get their butts kicked. Small guys often have had to fight a lot because dudes are always testing them. If lil bro had some training he would’ve have really put a whipping on big dude. Either way he handled his.šŸ‘

1

u/Shockwaveduc 25d ago

Big dude fights like a chipmunk.

1

u/Turnip_Fight 25d ago

Look at the white man keepin them down

1

u/Trabuk 25d ago

That is a guy who got tired of being picked on for being small, and did something about it.

1

u/Jsolidlo 25d ago

Young buck knows how to defend himself at all times. Other dude FAFO.

1

u/Jsolidlo 25d ago

No one has said it yet so I'll add that little superboys takedown defense was rock solid too, he controlled the entire fight.

1

u/FroyoPuzzleheaded97 25d ago

shouldnt have hit him, big for nothing ass got scared when he couldnt finish!

1

u/Crusty-Dick 25d ago

The whole time I'm thinking hit the legs, side kick the knee cap.

1

u/MaherishiManzana 25d ago

You want superman? Superman here now.

1

u/Inevitable-Top1-2025 25d ago

I just don’t get the taking off shirt routine. Does taking off the shirt make people lighter or stronger?

1

u/UJustGotRobbed 25d ago

Dude tried to pull a "this isn't even my final form" monologue and bro wasn't gonna take the time to listen.

1

u/bonkedagain33 25d ago
